Are the courses in this bundle date-sensitive? Do they start at a particular time?

They're not date-sensitive, no. The bundle gives you lifetime access to both included courses and all three ebooks. You can do the courses any time, at your own pace. You can start one today if you like.

I occasionally hold group sessions for Camp Calm, where a bunch of people will do the course at the same time, over a 30-day period. You will receive free invites to these sessions, via email, when they're coming up.

Which resource do I start with?

Any one you like. All five products work as standalone how-to resources. None are pre-requisites to any other, so feel free to start anywhere.

What format are the ebooks in?

You Are Here and Making Things Clear both come in PDF, Kindle, and epub formats. The Camp Calm Anxiety Kit is a short booklet in PDF format only.

How long will the Mindful Bundle be available for?
