The Summit Hike [Bonus Lessons]

Welcome back from the Wilderness Trail, Campers. 

The Summit Hike is an optional series of five lessons meant to give you some more techniques and strategies as you transition to a fully self-directed daily practice. 

Do the lessons at any pace you like. They are longer and a little more advanced than the Wilderness Trail lessons. 

You might want to do one every few days, or once a week, while you continue to practice daily.

The lessons do not prescribe a particular daily practice – that’s up to you now, daily meditator!
